- The company reserves the right to cancel the trip due to unfavourable weather conditions, unforeseen circumstances, or government instructions. In such cases, the company will refund the deposit amount to the customer.
If the Cancellation is Made by You (the Customer):
- More than 07 days prior to arrival date: 25% of tour fare charge.
- Between 03 and 07 days prior to arrival date: 30% of tour date
- Less than 03 days before the trip: Unfortunately, no refund will be provided.
If the Cancellation is Made by Us (the Company):
- In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the trip for any reason, we will provide you with a full refund of the total booking amount.
Rescheduling Policy:
Rescheduling is only allowed if the request is made more than 14 days before the trip. If you need to reschedule, please contact us in advance, and we will be happy to assist you

- A Valid GCC residents visa is required to be eligible for an Oman Visa on arrival.
- Required Documents:
- All passengers must carry their original passports.
- GCC Residents Visa Holders: Carry both passports and Emirates ID.
- Tourist Visa Holders: Ensure your eligibility for border entry and carry both your passport and visa.
- Passport & Visa Validity: Must be valid for at least 3 months from the date of arrival.
- UAE Exit Fee:
- All passengers must pay an exit fee of 35 AED per person at the border (payable by card).
- Oman Visa Entry Fee:
- Nationals eligible for an on-arrival visa (listed above) do not have to pay any entry fee.
- Other nationals must pay an entry fee of 50 AED per person (payable by card).
- Sponsored Visa Holders:
- Only permitted to cross the border if accompanied by their sponsor.
- Traveling by Car:
- Own Car: Carry the original car registration card (Mulkiya) and ensure the car is covered by Oman insurance. If insurance is not available, you can obtain it at the border (payable by card).
- Rental Cars: Rental cars or personal vehicles under bank loans or mortgages are not allowed to cross the border.
